Individual Therapy

I am providing psychotherapy exclusively through Telehealth at this time. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that helps individuals explore and address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. In a supportive and confidential setting, clients gain insight into their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and healing.

I currently have a particular focus on supporting individuals through life transitions, making meaning of complex family dynamics, and strengthening interpersonal relationships.

I offer sessions lasting 40 and 55 minutes, with occasional 30-minute appointments available when clinically appropriate. My approach integrates mindfulness, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies, among other methods, to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.

Please also note; I am no longer accepting new clients under the age of 17.
